Dendro Logic Ltd acts as a neutral infrastructure provider. The Client retains exclusive ownership and encryption keys to all data payloads within *.corethread.io instances. Our policy is "Zero-Knowledge" regarding Client Content.
4.1 Sub-processors
We use a limited set of vetted UK-bound sub-processors to maintain our infrastructure. All Client Content remains resident within UK-South (London) datacenters.
5. Data Security & Retention
Interactions are secured via TLS 1.3. Marketing data is retained for 24 months post-enquiry. For the CoreThread platform, Client Content is purged 30 days after infrastructure decertification or service termination.
