Terms of Service – corethread.io

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Dendro Logic Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), including the corethread.io website and any associated "Spoke" infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Services Provided

2.1 The CoreThread Platform

We provide a Sovereign Tenant Infrastructure service ("The Service"), allowing clients to deploy isolated data environments ("Spokes") for data management giving access via subdomains (e.g., client.corethread.io).

2.2 Availability & SLA

We endeavour to maintain 99.9% uptime for all Core Infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance via the onboard.corethread.io status dashboard.

3. User Obligations

Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK laws.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the CoreThread platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials.
You must not use the Service to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP

Dendro Logic Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in the CoreThread platform code, visual interfaces, and infrastructure logic.

Your Data

As per our Privacy Policy, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all data (Client Content) uploaded to your Spoke.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

In no event shall Dendro Logic Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
